Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and purchased within the last 30 days; please note that perishable brewed beverages are non-refundable.

Reach out to our customer service team via email or our online portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original box, include your proof of purchase, and clearly mark the outside of the package with your assigned RMA number.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
